Medicare Rebates

National Disability Insurance Scheme

Private Health Rebates

Some children may be eligible for a Medicare rebate through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan.
This plan provides rebates for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year.
Your GP can advise if your child is eligible and will provide a referral for services under this plan.

Private Health Rebates

 If you have private health insurance with ‘extras’ cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for speech pathology sessions.
Rebate amounts vary between health funds and levels of cover so it’s best to check directly with your provider.

The NDIS provides funding for children with a developmental delay or disability to access the supports they need to reach their goals. Funding that is self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed can be used for our services.
